工作內容
The responsibilities of the Real Estate Analyst for Advisory & Transaction Services:
1.Build and manage the most comprehensive commercial real-estate database by collecting first hand market data via key portfolio landlords and HNWIs in Taiwan and oversea by leveraging CBRE’s extraordinary exposure in commercial real-estate.

2.Communicate written & verbally with multiple stakeholder such as property owners and agency team through proficient interpersonal skills, aiming to identify property info efficiently, liaison for visiting itinerary and relevant tasks which lead to further understanding of property details. 

3.Generate executable market insight through analysis of research data and transform into presentable infographics, including but not limited to slide presentations, press releases, brochures and reports both in English and Chinese.

4.Handle quality documentation both in English and Chinese to conduct business negotiation in professional manners for Fortune 500 MNC and other world class clients.

5.Undertake the financial modeling and transform into readable conclusion.

6.Support agency team to complete project closing procedure, including invoicing and billing system, as well as other required administrative tasks
 
Key qualification of the Real Estate Analyst for Advisory & Transaction Services::
Goal oriented, Accountability and Teamwork mindset
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
